Domestic Shipping Policy

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates: Shipping charges and delivery times for your order depend on the chosen courier and the destination country. These details will be provided at checkout.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking: You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes: pinup-land.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages: pinup-land.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy
We offer international shipping to most countries after approval from our manager. Please contact us directly to discuss the availability and terms of international delivery.
Order Confirmation & Payment: Payment for your order will be processed after confirmation from our manager. Once your order is confirmed, payment details will be sent to your email.
Production Time: Please note that the production time for your unique phone case is 7 business days.
Return Policy: Please be aware that due to the custom nature of our products, returns are not accepted.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Payment Option: We also offer the option to pay for your order using cash on delivery (COD) upon receiving your items.
